Rates
Rates quoted are in Euro per night, excluding local taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Extra Persons
Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.

Cancellation Policy
50% deposit of the total invoice is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates or no shows
 
Check in times
Check- in is at Mid-day – Seychelles Local Time
Check-out is at Ten am -  Seychelles Local Time
Day Rooms are on Request and subject to availability

Booking
To make your booking request please use the online availability calendars. We will confirm the availability and hold within 24 hours, please do consider that a booking may have been received before your request for the same date may now no longer be available. To guarantee the booking, we will request you to send a deposit of 50% of the whole stay. All deposits received are non-refundable and cannot be used in lieu of cancellation charges or a booking request at a later date.

Stays of less than 2 nights
Stays of less than 2 nights are on a request basis and are usually confirmed close to the date required. 

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard only, Swift Bank transfers and Cash, 50% deposit funds has to be received by Hanneman Holiday Residence bank account prior to arrival date. Hanneman Holiday Residence does not accept American Express nor Personal Cheques.

You will be required to sign the transaction slip for your deposit payment by credit card for authentication purposes. Failure to do so will require full payment to be made on check-in.All outstanding accommodation amounts has to be paid upon arrival.

In order to confirm the rooms, we will ask for Credit card number and a non refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total amount.Important:  On receipt of your credit card details you are confirming you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.Important:  Your reservation will be firm and guaranteed as soon as the deposit has been charged your credit card as authorised by you.

Insurance
Hanneman Holiday Residence is insured in accordance with local regulations. Guests are advised to obtain their own medical and travel insurances.

Overbooking
In the unlikely event of an overbooking situation of a firm reservation, Hanneman Holiday Residence reserves the right to seek alternative accommodation in a unit of similar or higher standards, subject to availability, and make arrangements for the land transfer to the respective alternative unit on Mahe Island.

Children
Children are welcome. Child under 6 years stays free of charge.  Baby Cots are available on request.

Other
Upon arrival clients are required to sign the Apartment check-list and any loss of equipment and damage to the Apartments has to be paid by the clients upon departureHotel Rates are subject to Changes.

Hanneman Holiday Residence reserve the right of admission.

Hanneman Holiday Residence disclaims responsibility for :
- Any act, omission, default, neglect themselves, their servants and agent or contractor, for injury, damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used.
- Any cancellation of itineraries, deviations, delays or the failure to provide accommodation or facilities for carrying or storing luggage.

Hanneman Holiday Residence reserves the right to amend or alter any of the policies and or rates included herein at it’s sole discretion.
