The Duplex consists 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and 220V razor plus located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and the second bedroom twin beds. Each room has a room safe, aircon, ceiling fan and a private terrace. Downstairs there is a large open-plan fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, spacious living and dining area with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, separate guest toilet, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, collapsible clothes drying rack and a furnished balcony of 20 sqm catering for outdoor dining and relaxation. All apartments have a designated parking bay.
