How can I book?
The best way is firstly view our availability calendars, select your nights and follow the instructions. The System will guide you through your booking request.  We will confirm availability within 24 hours and specify terms of reservation and payment.

How do I know the cost of the rooms per night?
Kindly use our online system and follow step by step what is explained on the website: select the offer, select your dates and the system will come up with the best offer considering the category of room, the length of stay and time of the year.

What are your payment methods and conditions?
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of total stay by Credit card ( Card type, Cardholder’s full name, Issued in, Expiry date: CVV number) VISA AND MASTERCARD accepted or Swift bank transfer. This can be sent by return through the booking system or to Fax ( 00248 425010. Balance of payment is due upon Check in at the Residence. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit paid is non-refunable in the event of No Show or Cancellation.

What will I find on arrival?
On arrival you will find all what is needed for to enjoy your holidays: comfortable clean room, friendly hosts, small gardens for relaxation with a view of our Azure fresh water Swimming pool,
Many facilities in the area from Restaurants ,Supermarket, Clinic, ATM machine, Nature trails, local bus stop in front of the Residence on the main road can take you to the Capital Victoria and from there around the island.

Security and payment
At Hanneman Holiday Residence we take internet security very seriously. We have put in place Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) cryptographic technology to protect your transactions with us. Using SSL technology all your personal information, including credit card details, name and address, is encrypted and authomatically before being transmitted via the internet.
You can safely and easily pay for your on line booking using your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

Do I need a car?
We will be happy to arrange arrival and departure transfers for you by our Aircondition Private Car waiting for you  at the Airport arrival lounge with your name on a signboard
Once in house we can order a Car Hire to be delivered to the Residence ( this is payable Direct with the Car Hire Company)

Where is Hanneman Residence located?
- The capital City Victoria – 15 minutes drive
- Local Village Shops and Take-aways – Walking distance approx 5 minutes
- Restaurants dive Centre , Water sports, Beau Vallon Beach – Walking distance – 4 minutes

Does the Residence offer breakfast?
Full English Breakfast is offered at Euro 17 per adult/per day and at Euro 8 per child/per day. Clients can also request a Barbeque by the Pool this can be arranged with the Residence and is payable according to number of persons and specific meals request.

Is it necessary to bring towels and linen?
Daily Maid service is provided all linen is change every three days cycle, Bath towels are also change everyday if needed, or otherwise accordingly to clients request. Beach Towels are provided.

What time can I check-in? Check-out?
Check- time is at 12.00 noon
Check out time is at 10.00am – Day rooms are subject to availability at a  fee
